Job Description

    Job Summary We are looking for energetic and target-driven professionals for the Retail Loans Department. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and selling retail loan products such as Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, LAP, Vehicle Loans, Gold Loans, and Consumer Durable Loans through field sales, open market sourcing, and customer referrals. The role requires strong customer handling skills, relationship management, and achievement of monthly business targets.Key Responsibilities
    • Generate leads through field visits, referrals, DSAs, builders, dealers, and open market activities.
    • Promote retail loan products to customers and explain eligibility, interest rates, tenure, and documentation requirements.
    • Acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
    • Collect and verify KYC, income, and banking documents before submission.
    • Coordinate with credit, operations, and processing teams for smooth loan disbursement.
    • Achieve monthly login, sanction, and disbursement targets.
    • Maintain daily MIS reports, lead tracker, and customer follow-ups.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Support collection follow-ups wherever required.
    Eligibility Criteria
    • Graduation preferred (12th pass can be considered for junior roles).
    • 1- 4 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, DSA, or Financial Services sales.
    • Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
    • Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
    • Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
