I am currently hiring for two critical rolesSr. AnalystandSubject Matter Expert (SME)within our Recon division inHinjewadi, Pune. Given your domain expertise in complex structures likeCLOs and CDOs, I believe you could be a high-impact addition to our team.We are looking for professionals who can navigate the complexities of syndicated loans and drive transformation in the reconciliation landscape.Position Details:
    • Roles:Sr. Analyst / SME (Reconciliation)
    • Location:Hinjewadi Phase 3, Pune (Onsite)
    • Shift:EMEA Shift
    • Experience:2-7 Years
    • Division:Reconciliation (Loan Syndication/CLO/CDO focus)
    Position OverviewIn this role, you will be responsible for the integrity of complex syndicated and non-syndicated loan deals. You will manage daily, weekly, and quarterly reconciliations across Equities, Fixed Income, and Derivatives, with a specialized focus onCLO and CDO transactions. As an SME or Sr. Analyst, you wont just find breaksyou will spearhead transformation initiatives, manage aging issues, and collaborate directly with Agent Banks and international clients to resolve high-priority exceptions.Key Responsibilities
    • Reconciliation Management:Perform end-to-end cash and position reconciliations for syndicated loan deals utilizing platforms likeSolva, GCM, and GRX.
    • Break Investigation:Conduct detailed investigations into cash breaks to identify root causes and ensure timely resolution of aged items.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration:Act as a liaison between Agent Banks, Clients, and internal teams to resolve exceptions and ensure smooth transaction processing.
    • Process Leadership:(For SME) Spearhead productivity initiatives, review team training requirements, and manage client expectations regarding process culture.
    • Compliance & Risk:Push a strong culture of compliance and risk management in line with regulatory requirements for US and EMEA regions.
    • Reporting:Prepare periodic reports on reconciliation status, aging trends, and resolution progress for senior leadership.
    Qualifications & Skills
    • Must-Have:
      • 2-7 years of relevant experiencein reconciliation (Syndicated Loans/CLO/CDO experience is highly preferred).
      • Strong knowledge ofLoan Syndication, Bonds, Equities, and complex debt structures.
      • Technical proficiency inSolvas,Global Cash Manager (GCM), orGRX.
      • Intermediate Excel Skills(V-Lookups, Pivots, and complex formulas).
      • Bachelors Degreein Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
      • Excellent communication skills for managing international customers and Agent Bank relationships.
    • Preferred:
      • Experience in transformation or productivity-linked projects within the Recon domain.
      • Deep understanding of US and EMEA market processing.
