This position also ensures efficient and cost-effective movement of goods while maintaining high level of customer satisfaction and compliance with relevant laws and regulationJob DescriptionMeeting market demand on time by ensuring timely shipments of consignments as per STO given by HOEffective handling of track and trace shipment, with correct documentation and adhering to all processes related to track and traceMaximum utilization of L1 vendors for transportations. Taking necessary approvals in case of deviations.Tracking of finished good age and highlighting the stocks to HO which likely to cross the stipulated time periodTo coordinate with commercial for PSV and maintain necessary documentation for the same.To ensure high standard of safety protocol adherence in the departmentTo ensure all compliances related to documentation of shipments.To engage with customer and resolve customer complaints.Job Related SkillsKnowledge of SAP related to MM and PM Negotiation skill ,Planning and coordination with multiple interfaces for meeting the requirementGood CommunicatingCustomer centricConversant to excel , words , PowerPoint , Power BIExperience(Relevant experience the person must have)Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing ware house operations.Should have experience in handling a team of minimum 5 people in the departmentEducational QualificationDiploma in Mechanical/BA and B.com can also be considered but then they should have experience of minimum 8-10 years.Salary As per market standard & depending up on candidates potential.Candidates will be directly taken on Probation.
