Job Description

    ISMT LIMITED is a well-established and publicly listed manufacturing company in India. We are seeking a highly skilled Chartered Accountant to join our finance team in an accounting-focused role. As a Chartered Accountant in our organization, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing various accounting functions to ensure the financial integrity of our operations.Key Responsibilities:1.Financial Reporting:-Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements in compliance with Indian accounting standards (Indian Accounting Standards or IND AS). Ensure timely and accurate reporting to the regulatory authorities, including the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), Segment Accounting for Quarterly and Annual Financials. Dealing with Statutory Auditors with regards to Annual accounts closer activities.2.Statutory Compliance:-E3.Taxation:4.Cost Control and Analysis:-5.Financial Systems and Controls:-6.Financial Compliance7.Budgeting and ForecastingQualifications:Proven experience in accounting, preferably in a publicly listed manufacturing company.Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards (IND AS), financial reporting, and taxation laws.Proficiency in using accounting software and financial modeling tools. Should have experience in consolidationAttention to detail and a high level of accuracy.Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet tight deadlines.
