Job descriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesHiring Recruiter for BFSI Work from homeRecruiters from other other industries also (Pharma, Manufacturing, Engineering, Ecommerce etc.)-Must have experience in client handling as well as should have handled a Team priorShould be able to understand the demands shared by Financial as well as Investment Banking clientsSome one who has previously worked on Requirements like AML / KYC / O2C / P2P / R2RShould be from a Commerce Backgorund and should be aware of Terms such as Capital Markets & DerivativesPrior Experience in Handling Investment Banking clients or any Financial Big Ticket Accounts will be an added advantageShould be able to mentor a Team of 8 - 10 Recruiters and should be able to take end to end responsibilityShould be able to maintain daily Tracker and coordinate with the clients on a daily basisMust have own laptop or a desktop with a wifi connectionFull Time Work from home opportunityComplete day shift
