Job Description

    Overview:Proven experience in managing teams, estimation, scheduling, planning, and providingtechnical guidance in Magento, and support is a must-have for this job.Requirements:Team Leadership - able to lead a team (2-6 people), provide hands-ontechnical support, estimate, and plan track tasks for the team, and motivateand support the team.Planning - Analyze, plan, and develop requirements and standards in referenceto scheduled projects. Determine and define clear deliverables, and assignroles and responsibilities for team members as required.Task management - Assign and oversee the daily tasks for the team whileensuring all are actively working toward established milestones.Tracking - Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress andaddress any questions or challenges regarding projects.Communication - communicate with your team, senior management, andcustomersTechnical Knowledge - Good hands-on knowledge of Magento ,PHP andJavaScript/HTML/ CSS to be able to estimate tasks and help your teamovercome blocks.Fluent English - Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.MUST HAVE - Please only apply if you meet the below criteriaAgile project management - Experience of managing projects in an agileenvironment. Ability to estimate, plan, schedule, track, and deliver Magentoprojects in an agile environmentKnowledge of Magento - Hands on experience on managing and deliveringMagento, Adobe Commerce projectsExcellent Communication skills - Excellent written and verbal english languageskillsCustomer facing - Able to create customer delight by delivering projects ontime and within budgetNice To HaveAdobe Certifications - Magento/Adobe Commerce certificationsOther platforms - Experience with WooCommerce, Shopify, BigCommerce,Drupal or other ECommerce platformProject Managment Certifications - PMP, Prince or equivalent
