Job Description

    As an experienced professional in the mainframe domain, you should have a minimum of 7 years of experience and possess the following qualifications:- Proficiency in automation tools such as Ansible and Python.- Experience working with Mainframe z/OS operating system, including system automation and operational processes.- Expert-level knowledge of mainframe technologies including COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL, VSAM, and IMS.- Understanding of enterprise schedulers and batch processing systems.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.In this role, your key responsibilities will include:- Interpreting business requirements and converting them into effective technical solutions.- Developing and presenting proofs-of-concept (POCs) to demonstrate the technical feasibility of proposed solutions.- Overseeing the testing, deployment, and monitoring of automated solutions.- Providing support during deployment and hyper care phases to ensure smooth implementation of projects.- Offering technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior engineers within the team.- Establishing best practices for developers.- Collaborating with project managers and product owners to estimate effort and plan project timelines.,
