Job Description

    We are looking for Maintenance Manager - Location - Shirwal pune,Role Overview:As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintenance operations, ensuring optimal functionality of equipment and facilities. You will play a key role in developing and implementing maintenance strategies to drive operational efficiency and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety.Task Management: 1. Effectively delegate any maintenance issues to be resolved on each shift and projects to the right skills in the team, planning and managing effective works. 2. Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively. 3. Manage the team to ensure machine availability, reactively managing dysfunctional machinery with the Shift management. 4. Optimise equipment according to standard procedure, enhancing performance and product quality, ensuring the achievement of all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 5. Ensure that designated buildings, plant and facilities are fit for purpose and to provide proactive support/solutions when required. 6. Develop clear accountability for maintenance material spend combined with a strategy to manage expenditure. 7. Manage systems and equipment data storage and maintain high levels of standards and accuracy. 8. Ensure KPIs are met by working to the overall plan, including management of, and reporting. 9. Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors. 10. Communicate KPIs from the strategic annual plan so that each employee is aware. Skills: Strong leadership and man-management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in problem-solving, team-building, and decision-making. Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets effectively.
