Duties and Responsibilities :: 1. Partner excellence SPOC between Business & Contact centres with respect to resource allocation & hiring delivery. Track delivery SLAs. 2. Govern the implementation of common minimum practices at contact centres 3. Act as a regulator for contractual guidelines for resource allocation. 4. Escalation management & resolution 5. To strengthen the billing validation, Cost allocation, Invoicing process. 6. Administer analytics published by Partner on regular basis and ensuring timely & correct deliveries. 7. Drive process improvement projects. 8. Ensure that the payments are released to the partners within agreed SLAs. , 1. Should have a Graduation / Post Graduate Degree. 2. Should have collaborative work style to engage with Partner & colleagues across the company. 3. Must have excellent excel and PowerPoint skills 4. Must have Exposure to Call Centre operations and methods 5. Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills. 6. Excellent Team Management & Interpersonal Skills. 7. Exceptionally high motivational levels, need to be a self-starter and Quick learner8. Positive attitude and team player. 9. Good to have experience in project / program management 10. High attention to detail
