Job Description

    Dear Candidate,We are hiring Manager Electrical Maintenance at Pune (Ranjangao).Bellow is JD please go through the same and revert with updated resume.Job Profile
    • Ensuring the execution of PM as per plan.
    • Implement the Kaizens, Poka yoke for down time, cost reduction & Quality improvement
    • Reduction in spare part cost Root cause analysis & implementing of actions
    • Hands on experience and technical skills in weld shop Seam and spot-welding machine, Robotic MIG & Spot-welding cell for trouble shooting
    • Knowledge of IATF requirements
    • Attend the breakdown in, weld shop & CED area
    • Mitsubishi PLC and HMI preferred Understanding of ladder logic ,electrical drawing & circuit
    • Electronic card ,PLC & HMI fault analysis
    • Responsible to reduce time and power cost in welding shop area
    • Responsible to IATF system documents and the execution of PM as per plan.
    • Implement the improvement projects related to cost reduction & Quality
    • In automation, Panasonic & Yaskawa robot programming & integration skill
    • Root cause analysis & implementing of actions
    • Hands on experience and technical skills in weld shop Seam and spot-welding machine, Robotic MIG & Spot-welding cell for trouble shooting
    • Predictive maintenance planning and Execution
    • Responsible to reduce maintenance cost & spare cost
    • Working in SAP PM module & monitor data
    • PLC & HMI programming hands on logic expertise and fault analysis Mitsubishi preferred
    • Understanding of electrical drawing & circuit
