Job Description

    Company: Leading General Insurance Firm.Role: Manager Health Claims - Providers Network.Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in an Insurance company in a similar function (Health Claims / Provider Network Management).Location: Pune.Role & Responsibilities:
    1. Leading a team of members distributed across different geographies PAN India.
    2. Team handling and driving discount savings/ tariff negotiation and procurement.
    3. Implementing strategies to curb claim leakages, portfolio maintenance.
    4. Audit and control.
    5. Interdepartmental coordination for smooth running of function and monitoring deliverable.
    6. Working on IRDA initiatives of Cashless Everywhere.
