Job DescriptionRole & responsibilities
• Provide leadership and guidance to the dispatch team
• Monitor and Monthly requirement generation for BOP, RM, Packing etc.Daily plan Vs Actual monitoring and gap analysis along with countermeasure.d report dispatch department performance statistics
• Manage the dispatching team and ensure efficient and effective operations
• Oversee the scheduling and allocation of resources, including vehicles and personnel
• Evaluate systems vendors, equipment providers (common carrier phone line providers), or other suppliers to assess potential impact on service level agreements
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate with other departments such as maintenance and customer service to ensure smooth operations
• Develop and implement strategies to improve dispatching processes and increase productivity
• Provide training and support to dispatchers to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Directly responsible (QA, Supply, RECCO and delivery issues) for Injection Molding of Off loaded Molds at Vender end.
• Departments MIS and monitoring.MRP Running via SAP
Preferred candidate profile
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in dispatching or logistics management
• Proficiency in using dispatching software and GPS tracking systems
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards
