Job Description

Key Responsibilities for this position:

  • Monitoring the KPI for maintenance and delivering the same such as PM Plan Compliance, MTBF, MTTR, Breakdown hours, etc.
  • Coordinating the technical needs for all CAPEX requirement within manufacturing and alignment with procurement. Movement of Assets from Hinjewadi to Talegaon as per time line, getting installed, calibrated and set well for production. Disposal of assets in Hinjewadi which are not required for shifting to Talegaon
  • Managing a team of 10 to 20 people.
  • Working with contractors to resolve facility snag-list (if any) and to keep the facility (including buildings, toilets, utilities etc.) in top condition.
, *Desired Educational Qualification: BE (Mechanical or Electrical) or Diploma (Mechanical or Electrical).Technical Skills / Knowledge Required:
  • Technical knowledge on CNC Machines and Hydraulic testing Equipment.
  • Commercial knowledge on Machine Spares and Capital Investments.
  • Man Management Skills.
