For more information, please visit www.thermofisher.com .Introduction to the Division / Function (Chakan unit in the CAD division has the expertise to address highly customized solution to meet customer s needs , this unit has unique skillsets and know-how in executing projects right from Engineering the solution to Installation and Commissioning at customer s premise. The operation team consist of Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Production and Quality team who collaborate to deliver an annual revenue of $14MUSD and serve customers in Oil & Gas, Steel, Cement, Power, Fertilizer and Academia.Role Description: Manage and collaborate with internal partners to Plan and deliver AOP, manage on-time deliveries and excellent quality. Review functional Key Performance Indicators to measure process efficiency and drive productivity. Responsibilities

  • Participate in Safety Gemba Walks and drive actions from the Tier Board meetings
  • Lead Customer discussions and maintain constant communication with management and staff.
  • Review Revenue delivery plan and adjust meet Monthly / Quarterly targets.
  • Manage quality assurance programs.
  • Prioritize process improvement projects.
  • Ensure operational activities remains within the budget.
  • Lead, motivate and support team in quick decision making.
  • Manage timely data collection to update DPLOY metrics and drive productivity.
  • Oversee material and Inventory management.
  • Review resources required to deliver plan & design training programs to new employees.
Qualification
  • BE in Instrumentation / Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
  • Strong leadership qualities to drive process efficiency
  • Total 10+ years of work experience with >3years in Project management.
  • Strong in planning, forecasting and budgeting
  • Good Negotiation skills and ability to handle conflicts
  • Communication: Fluent Written and Spoken English, Good Presentation skills
  • Leadership: Able to manage functional managers
