* Duties and Responsibilities - Responsibilities: 1 Part of a dedicated team focused on the sales app projects process transformation and strategy optimization 2 Build strategies to identify opportunities within the acquired customer base for generating new offers across B2C businesses 3 Create project management framework to deliver the following: a) Mapping of processes across call center and field for PLCS and Sal PL b) Work with IT to create project framework for delivery of B2C Org c) Increase efficiency of call centers and field through process optimizations d) Optimize campaign management for Call centre digital and marketing 4 Lead the team on the gathering of requirements for new org across multiple businesses 5 Deliver solutions for building a flexible framework for managing the business nuances 6 Create a monitoring framework in coordination with the BI team to review the performance and productivity metrics 7 Work very closely with all stakeholders like IT Call center business heads BIU and Analytics Digital and Customer Obsession teams 8 Manage and build a scalable team to ensure delivery to the next level with minimal attrition 9 Formulate strategies and plan deliverables to deliver on the operational goals for the function and the team , * Required Qualifications and Experience: 1. Should have 2-3 year of overall experience 2. Should have minimum 1 years of experience in PMO 3. Graduate in Finance/Operations streams. MBA would be added advantage 4. Should have collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues across the company 5. Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills 6. Exceptionally high motivational levels and need to be a self-starter 7. Quick learner
