Job Description

    **Job Description**You will be responsible for identifying and prioritizing opportunities for process improvements that align with business goals. Leading cross-functional teams to define project objectives, timelines, and metrics will be a key part of your role. You will drive the end-to-end implementation of Lean projects, ensuring adherence to the DMAIC methodology. Utilizing data-driven decision-making, you will develop, test, and implement sustainable solutions. Collaboration with business unit leaders and stakeholders will be essential to ensure project alignment with strategic priorities. Effective communication of project progress, findings, and results to all levels of the organization will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will provide training and coaching on Six Sigma principles to team members and other employees to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Performing complex data analysis to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities will be crucial. You will apply Lean Six Sigma tools such as process mapping, statistical analysis, and FMEA to drive solution-focused outcomes. Ensuring that all improvements are supported by quantitative evidence and that results are measurable and replicable will be a key focus. Guiding and supporting process owners in redesigning workflows to streamline operations and increase efficiency will also be part of your role. Overseeing the implementation of control plans to sustain improvements post-project completion and championing a culture of continuous improvement will be important aspects of your responsibilities. Leading by example as a project leader and providing coaching, mentorship, and training for Green belt aspirants will also be part of your duties.
