Job Description

This is a senior level position responsible for a wide variety of efforts:

  • Work closely with Product Development, Product Management, and Senior Management to help implement Fiserv s Agile Testing transformation
  • Coach internal stakeholders in approaches for handling transformation blockers and opportunities
  • Support, coach and help mature test processes across teams
  • Implement and support continuous improvement of automation frameworks
  • Implement and support continuous improvement of automated testing tools
  • Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders and executives
  • Can we move this down to skills/experience Create, Organize and Spread Fiserv Testing Strategy
  • Recruit and onboard individual contributors across teams and technologies
  • Mentor others on quality best-practices

  • Familiarity with organization-wide Agile Testing strategy adoptions and rollout plans
  • Experience participating in an end-to-end value delivery transformation

  • Deep expertise in automated and manual software testing practices and tools
  • Experience mentoring and coaching individuals
  • 5+ years of experience working with agile methods (Scrum, Lean, XP) in other organizations
  • 4-year degree from an accredited university or applicable work experience
  • Experience leading or managing Quality Assurance personnel
  • 7+ years of experience working with business and technology teams preferred
  • 5+ years of experience working with an object-orientated programming language
  • Experience in the financial services industry is preferred
  • Proven ability to analyze, organize, and integrate large amounts of complex information into clear, concise presentations, strategic roadmaps and tactical plans
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and high desire to work with an innovative team
  • Creative, energetic, passionate, and flexible
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a leadership role
