Job Description

    Location : Tathavade, PunePosition Name : Mechanical TechnicianQualification :Mechanical(Fitter and Rigger)Genset Assembly and Installation:o Assemble and install large industrial power gensets.o Follow assembly instructions, specifications, and parts lists.o Prepare tools, parts, and materials for the assembly process.o Align engines, alternators, exhaust systems, fuel systems, and acoustic enclosures.o Ensure correct fit of connections and fasten parts as required.o Adjust dimensions to resolve any assembly issues.Skills Required:Proficiency in diesel engine and generator technology.Knowledge of safety precautions related to mechanical systems.Quality Assurance:Use measuring tools like gauges, calipers, and micrometers to verify part conformance.Check and verify the receipt of necessary supplies.Genset Handling:Safely shift and handle gensets using specialized tools.Testing Support:Assist in preparing and conducting genset testing.Take measurements during tests and resolve any identified issues.
