AundhVenue:-Ujjivan Small Finance Bank ,Susangeet, ,Mitra Mandal Chowk, Opposite Marathon Bhavan Parvati Paytha ,Maharashtra ,411037BusinessMeet the set targets on liabilities in terms of open market acquisition & existing customer conversionUnderstand need and acquire customers who meet the criteria for liability products through either of the below channels:Leads generated by branch staff and personal leadsReferrals generated from existing customersAlternate channelsMaintain the database of the prospects, meet select prospects and manage the relationship thereafterAccompany CRS-Unsecured loans on the field for actively driving conversion of existing borrowing customers into liabilities customerCross sell other secured loan products of Ujjivan and pass quality leads to respective loan officersShare customer insights/product related feedback with the Sales Manager - LiabilitiesCustomersInteract with customers in a courteous and professional manner; provide prompt, efficient and accurate servicesReduce customer dormancy and customer attrition by continuous engagement / interactionResolves the customer queries on various accounts, FD / RD, remittances & third party productInternal ProcessesGuide the customer to fill the Account Opening Form; ensure receipt and verification of KYC documents; obtain customer signatures on all mandatory documentsStrictly adhere & maintain compliance to KYC normsDrive the usage of alternate channels such as ATMs, BCs and assist customers to use ATMs for dispensing cashLearning & PerformanceMaintain up to date knowledge of the liabilities products and services as well as a working knowledge of other products offered in the branchResolve queries raised by CRS-unsecured loans w.r.t liability products and support them in selling liabilitiesEnsure adherence to training man-days/ mandatory training programs for selfEnsure goal setting, mid-year review and performance appraisal processes are completed within specified timelinesNote - Freshers not allowed Female Candidates Preferred
