Job Description

    Dear Candidates,We are hiring for the position of Microsoft Identity at LTI Mindtree.
    • Location: PAN India
    • Exp: 5-12 Years
    The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing Microsoft Identity Manager solutions for the customers.Responsibilities/Skills:
    • IDM domain & Microsoft Identity Management implementation experience.
    • Hands-on architecture, design, implementation, configuration, integration, performance tuning and deployment experience with MIM
    • Managed and Supported Microsoft Identity Manager for a large scale enterprise environment
    • Supported Sync Engine based provisioning
    • Deep understanding of codeless Portal processing
    • Experience with MIMWAL based workflow creation.
    • Extensive PowerShell Scripting experience
    • Experience with MIM Reporting
    • Deep understanding of Active Directory
    • Thorough understanding of Microsoft SQL
    • Experience coordinating on-boarding of new services into the MIM environment
    • Experience troubleshooting synchronization and workflow related issues
    • Very good understanding of Windows Server design, configuration and administration
    • Group Policy Management (GPO) and application of Local Security Policies
    • Lead the project and take ownership of the technical delivery of the project by the team
    • Ability to resolve L3 technical issues and guide the team for resolution of L2 tickets
    • Good understanding of competitive products and differentiations
    • Ability to articulate the customer environment and create a solution approach and design with at least 2-3 such experiences.
    • Good Technical writing and communication skills with customer management
    Educational Requirement
    • Bachelors Degree, or equivalent work experience, in Computer Science or related field preferred.
    • ITIL v4 - Foundation
