Job Description

Understand the end-to-end technical solution and ensure that all internal & external teams are engagedand act as functional SME.2Manage Change requests and projects related to the applications with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.3Responsible for end to end solutioning & tech delivery Planning, execution, release and post production support4Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.5Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.6Responsible for running at least 2 Pod teams/Swim lanes & accountable for Pod / Swim lane throughput, capability building, utilization & productivity7Maintain the cost / budget for the project and accountable for Code Quality & end2 end documentation needs for the project 8Oversee acquisition of resources and materials as needed before and during projects by talking with customers, team members, managers, and in-house accountants and negotiating price and payment agreements with vendors.9Anticipate details of future projects by communicating directly with customers and staying informed of relevant trends and industry news.10 Create & Maintain Process documentation, SOPs, BRDs, FSD, User story, User Manual, Walk through documentation, Test Documentation, lessons learned all knowledge repository11 Responsible for compliances of portfolio such as VA, CA, APPSEC, Code review, IS Audit etc12Risk management of change projects and any services in production environment, Responsible to maintain the up to date information of Assets and DB inventories.DR drill complianceB. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTQualificationsEssential Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent work experiencePreferred J O B D E S C R I P T I O NEssential Minimum 8-10 years management experience in the IT field, including development work and interactions with customers.Preferred Candidates with Digital Banking, Channels, Cards experience, captive technology experience, knowledge on Mobile Technologies, .Net, SQL will be added a
