Job Description

    O2C Logistics Billing Analyst | SAPJob Location: PuneExperience: 28 YearsSalary: Up to 8.5 LPAShift: US ShiftNotice Period: Immediate to 15 Days PreferredQualification: Any Graduate / Any QualificationJob SummaryWe are hiring an experienced O2C Logistics Billing Analyst with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) Billing Operations and SAP ERP. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end billing activities, invoice processing, dispute resolution, customer coordination, and ensure timely completion of billing transactions while meeting SLA requirements.Key Responsibilities
    • Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) billing operations.
    • Generate and process customer invoices in SAP.
    • Create and manage Credit Notes and Debit Notes.
    • Validate Purchase Orders (PO), pricing, tax details, and billing information before invoice release.
    • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, deductions, and short payments.
    • Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Customer Service, and Finance teams for issue resolution.
    • Ensure timely invoice processing within TAT and SLA commitments.
    • Prepare billing MIS reports and maintain billing trackers.
    • Support month-end closing and reconciliation activities.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
    Required Skills
    • 28 years of experience in O2C Billing, Logistics Billing, Accounts Receivable, or Invoice Processing.
    • Hands-on experience working with SAP ERP.
    • Strong understanding of Invoice Processing, Credit Notes, Debit Notes, and Billing Operations.
    • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Advanced MS Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
    • Ability to work in a US Shift environment.
    Preferred Skills
    • Experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Billing.
    • Knowledge of OTC Cycle, AR, Cash Application, and Billing Compliance.
    • Experience handling high-volume billing transactions.
