Dear Candidates,We are having Opening for Principle React Native Engineer-Kothrud Pune PositionPrinciple React Native EngineerQualificationMaster of Computer Science (MCA) or BE in (CS or IT) or B.Tech. or (CS or IT)Number of post1Office LocationKothrud PuneGenderMale/FemaleIndustry ITCTCUp to 12 L p.a Previous Work Experience5 to 8 Years Desired Skill Set & Experience:

  • 5+ years of development experience in driving client Apps built using React Native/Redux/
  • Groovy, iOS (Swift) and Android (Java/Kotlin).
  • Comfort using `git` and *nix
  • Deployments -- Deployments into staging and production server environments
  • React Native: 4 years (Required)
  • Node.js: 3 years (Preferred)
  • iOS/Android: 6 years (Required)
  • Technical lead for team: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs
  • UI / UX -- Experience and passion to create beautiful work
  • QA -- Writing clean code and testing it throughout the development process to ensure the
  • quality is up to standards (Perform Strong Unit Testing)
  • Passion for working on the latest technologies
  • Knowledgeable about test driven development (TDD), behavior driven development (BDD)
  • and debugging.
  • Basic cryptographic knowledge
  • Strong Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture and Object-oriented Programming
  • Architecture.
  • Knowledge on CouchDB is mandatory.
  • Strong database Experience
Additional Sill Set Desired:
  • System engineering /architectural skills e.g. be able to understand the big picture.
  • Ability to work in both a solo and team environment
  • Proven ability to communicate technical information coherently, both verbally and in
  • writing, to internal team and external customers, maintaining a customer focused,

Job Roll & Responsibility:
  • Contribute to the development of Application
  • Practice "CleanCode" principles for app architecture, branching/versioning, release, Test
  • Driven Development.
  • Advocate for the platform e.g: evaluating new frameworks, leading the technical vision at
  • Symphony, while also helping to mentor more junior members of the team
  • Deliver applications with enhanced features and capabilities, while also maintaining and
  • continually improving turnaround time and and quality
  • Participate in code reviews and team meetings
  • Building native iOS and/or Android (Java) apps
  • Thoroughly test work prior to deployment into production.
  • Accurately estimate amount of effort required to complete a task.
  • Full command of Iron Triangle (Scope, Time, Budget)
  • Lead client conversations about programming features.
  • Raise questions to senior management and team, to save time and budget.
  • Owning and shepherding the code base, creating and communicating technical opportunities
  • and deficiencies in the code base, mentoring junior engineers, assisting in interviews,
  • leading the technical architecture and delivery of complex projects, interfacing with product,
  • design, and a dozen dependencies.
