Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Urgent opening for Production Support Engineer for one of the leading BFSI firm Pune LocationLanguage: PositionTamil - 02Telugu - 02Kannada - 01Odiya - 01Key Responsibilities:
    • To engage with application users for any issues / queries raised by them and support with query resolution.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues reported by end-users, analyze root causes, and work towards implementing long-term solutions.
    • Provide L1/L2 support for the internal platforms, addressing and resolving production incidents in a timely manner.
    • Conduct user training and support user adoption of new system features or enhancements.
    • Monitor and maintain the health of the Production environment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, such as IT, Product and project managers to address system issues and resolve the queries.
    • Escalate critical issues to higher-level technical teams (L3 support) or IT support, and coordinate solutions.
    • Ensure system compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
    Skills & Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in engineering, or a related field.
    • Knowledge of programming language such as Java, API, data flow, SQL & Mobile app functional architecture
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
