    1. Excellent knowledge in International Market.2. Experience in Underwriting back-office functions like Credit Control, Delegated Underwriting, Risk Entry, Premium and Claims Messaging, BDX processing.3. CII certificates like LM1, LM2 will be an advantage.4. Ensure the Key performance indicators / SLA s set by clients are achieved5. Should be proactive enough to understand the key responsibilities.6.
