Job Description

    Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to oversee and enhance the operational efficiency of our tour and travel services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in travel operations, vendor management, customer service, and process optimization. They will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of travel itineraries, coordinating with various stakeholders, and maintaining high service quality standardsKey Responsibilities: Operations & Process Management:
    • Oversee day-to-day travel operations, including itinerary planning, transportation, and accommodations.
    • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
    • Ensure adherence to company policies, travel regulations, and industry standards.
    • Optimize workflows to improve service delivery and reduce operational costs.
    Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
    • Manage relationships with hotels, transport providers, guides, and other service partners.
    • Negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services.
    • Monitor supplier performance and resolve service-related issues proactively.
    Customer Service & Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints and service escalations.
    • Implement customer feedback mechanisms to enhance service delivery.
    • Maintain high standards of customer experience and operational excellence.
    Team Leadership & Coordination:
    • Lead, mentor, and train the operations team to ensure efficiency and productivity.
    • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams for smooth business operations.
    • Assign responsibilities and monitor performance to achieve operational goals.
    Compliance & Risk Management:
    • Ensure compliance with travel industry regulations, licensing, and legal requirements.
    • Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Implement safety and security protocols for travelers and staff.
