    Key Responsibilities:

    • Booking & Reservations:Manage bookings for flights, hotels, transportation, and more.
    • Itinerary Planning:Design personalized travel itineraries to meet client goals and preferences.
    • Customer Service:Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
    • Documentation:Prepare travel documents, including visas, passports, and other required paperwork.
    • Financial Management:Oversee payments, refunds, and invoices, supporting the finance team as needed.
    • Sales & Marketing:Assist in promoting travel products and packages to attract and retain clients.
    • Emergency Assistance:Provide support during travel disruptions, ensuring a smooth travel experience.
    Key Skills:Communication:Strong interpersonal skills to effectively negotiate with clients and resolve concerns.Research:Ability to independently gather and analyze relevant information to enhance client and agency needs.Product & Services Sourcing (Vendor Management):Manage vendor relationships to secure competitive pricing and quality services.Marketing & Sales Support:Assist in the promotion of travel products and packages to attract and retain customers.Conflict Resolution:Resolve client conflicts or issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
