Job Description

About the RoleReports To: Inventory Manager & Senior Franchise ManagerWe are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations Manager Inventory & Store Operations to oversee store operations and inventory across Snusha-owned stores and franchise locations. The role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, reporting clarity and stock optimisation.The successful candidate will analyse inventory movement, inventory ageing, dead stock, replenishment timelines and operational performance while ensuring seamless coordination across stores.Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in operations and inventory management.Roles and Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations across Snusha stores and franchise stores.Monitor inventory movement, stock availability and inventory timelines.Conduct regular inventory audits across all stores.Travel to franchise stores for operational audits and inventory verification.Analyse stock reports and identify dead stock, ageing inventory and replenishment requirements.Submit operational and inventory reports to the Inventory Manager and Senior Franchise Manager.Ensure Logic ERP inventory records remain accurate.Coordinate with warehouse and store teams for stock transfers.Improve operational efficiency across all stores.Ensure SOP compliance across company-owned and franchise locations.Coordinate with accounts for inventory reconciliation using Tally.Qualifications Bachelors degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in operations and inventory management.Hands-on experience with Logic ERP or similar ERP software (e.g., SAP) is mandatory.Good knowledge of Tally and accounting.Strong analytical and reporting skills.Excellent organisational and communication skills.Willingness to travel frequently between stores and franchise locations.Job Type: Full-time Work Location: Snusha Head OfficeSnusha StoreSnusha Franchise StoresTravel Requirement Must be flexible to travel frequently to all franchise stores for operational reviews, inventory audits, stock verification and reporting.Compensation: 55,000.00 - 60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person .
