Job Opening Technical ERP Support AnalystPosition: Technical ERP Support Analyst EMEA Location: Sanaswadi, Pune Experience: 5 - 10 Years Qualification: Graduate in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field CTC: Up to 15 LPA Work Mode: Work from Office Working Days: Monday to Friday Position: 1Job SummaryWe are looking for a Technical ERP Support Analyst with strong experience in ERP technical support, PL/SQL and manufacturing environments.The ideal candidate should be a hands-on technical ERP professional with experience in troubleshooting ERP applications, database queries, user support and coordination with technical/development teams.This is a purely technical ERP support role and NOT a functional ERP consultant position.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP applications used across manufacturing operations.Analyze and resolve ERP-related technical issues reported by end users.Develop, modify and troubleshoot PL/SQL queries, scripts, procedures and reports.Perform database-level analysis to identify and resolve application/data issues.Support ERP users across different business functions and locations.Investigate system errors, data issues, interfaces and application performance problems.Coordinate with internal IT, development and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.Work closely with users to understand technical problems and provide appropriate solutions.Monitor ERP application performance and ensure system availability.Handle incident, problem and service requests within defined timelines.Participate in ERP enhancements, patches, upgrades, testing and implementation activities.Prepare technical documentation, troubleshooting guides and knowledge base documents.Perform root-cause analysis for recurring ERP issues and implement permanent solutions.Support ERP integrations with other applications and databases.Provide technical assistance during system upgrades, testing and deployment.Maintain proper documentation of incidents, resolutions and system changes.Mandatory Skills510 years of experience in Technical ERP Support / ERP Application SupportStrong hands-on experience in PL/SQL MandatoryExperience in manufacturing industry MandatoryStrong experience in ERP technical troubleshooting and end-user supportGood understanding of relational databases and SQL.Experience in ERP application maintenance, support and enhancement.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to interact directly with business users and understand technical issues.Preferred ERP / Technical ExposureCandidates with experience in any manufacturing ERP environment are preferred.
