Job Description

    Role : Centre Sales Manager / Deputy Manager.Location : PuneKey Responsibilities:
    1. Responsible for achieving weekly and monthly sales targets through strategic planning and follow-up efforts.
    2. Deliver compelling and effective sales presentations to potential clients in the designated area.
    3. Make productive house calls to engage with prospective students and their families to promote the centre.
    4. Address and resolve queries from students and parents with effective counseling and guidance to help them make informed decisions.
    5. Build and maintain strong relationships with Business Associates (BA) to expand reach and increase sales opportunities.
    6. Conduct STP activities regularly to improve team skills and performance.
    7. Ensure proper follow-up on all walk-ins to maximize conversion rates and maintain client engagement.
    8. Send daily updated sales reports, tracking performance, queries, follow-ups, and sales activities.
    Ideal Applicant:
    1. Graduate in any discipline.
    2. 5-9 years of experience in sales, preferably in education, timeshare, or financial sectors (insurance).
    3. Excellent communication, selling, and presentation skills.
    4. Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
