Oracle HCM Cloud - Techno Functional Specialist

Job Description

As an Oracle HCM Cloud Specialist at UBS, your role will involve working in a functional and technical capacity to analyze business requirements, design, develop, and deploy solutions across various modules such as Core HR, Goal and Performance Management, Talent Management, Absence Management, and Time and Labor. You will be responsible for developing innovative solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud to solve business problems, documenting technical and functional specifications, performing unit testing, configuration, integration, personalization, and developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions. Additionally, you will provide status reports, coordinate with the product vendor (Oracle), conduct code reviews and unit testing, and ensure proper operational controls and procedures are implemented.Your team will be the HRIT team in Pune, India, where you will work collaboratively with the whole team on timely delivery of HRIT projects. You should be proficient in Agile and SDLC concepts, project phases, configuration, testing, production support, effort estimation, and various technical aspects related to Oracle HCM Cloud.Your skills and qualifications should include a Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, certification in Oracle HCM Cloud (Specialist or Implementor level), willingness to learn new processes, modules, and technologies, as well as excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.UBS is the worlds largest and only truly global wealth manager, operating through four business divisions with a presence in over 50 countries.
