Exoected to attend the operative procedure and conduct rounds in hospital. should take an active part in carrying out research tasks conducted in the hospital. Surgical Assistance and Performance:o Assist in surgerieso Complete all the documentation with respect to patient surgery, which include and not limited to pre-operative notes, post-operative notes, surgery notes, discharge summary, etc.o Be available on-call basis.o Conduct pre-operative and post-operative patient roundso Supervise RMO documentationo Plan and execute medical camps organized by the hospital.Maintain high standards of medical care and professional conduct.Collaborate effectively with the hospitals medical team.Would be reporting to the Medical Director.QualificationsMS. Ortho, D. Ortho or DNB. Ortho Proficiency in Trauma Surgery and Orthopedic Surgery Strong foundation in Medicine and General Surgery Specialization or experience in Orthopedics Excellent patient management and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team Relevant professional certifications and a valid medical license Experience with advanced surgical techniques and equipment Commitment to ethical medical practices and continuous learning,
