Our culture of evolution and empathy centers on long-term career growth and development opportunities in an environment that embraces your unique skills and experience.Your Role and Responsibilities As a Consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM s offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.You will work developing solutions that excel at user experience, style, performance, reliability and scalability to reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value. Your primary responsibilities include:
    • Build, automate and release solutions based on clients priorities and requirements.
    • Explore and discover risks and resolving issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality and bring to the table potential solutions.
    • Make sure that all integration solutions meet the client specifications and are delivered on time.
    Required Technical and Professional Expertise
    • Should be worked in 2 3 large scale (Multi Geography implementation projects
    • Experience with Successfactors development/configuration/customization/enhancements
    • Consultant should be able to configure Successfactors , as well as assist clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of SF Modules.
    • Experience of working in upgrades & with third Party management/Integration with 3rd party tools. Should be able to provide effective concise, timely, and consistent verbal and written communications to peers, customers, and management
    • Valid Certifications in minimum 2-3 SF Modules (SF Employee Central is a must)
    Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
    • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills for coordinating across teams.
    • Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central product-suite configuration options, integration points and best practices.
    • Working experience in MDF objects, Business rules, API, Provisioning, Data Migration, Workflows, Integration Center, Design implement and deploy SAP SuccessFactors standard solutions to achieve defined business goals.
