Job Description

    Job DescriptionWe are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Test Drive Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting potential customers, demonstrating motorcycles, and ensuring a smooth and informative test ride experience.You will represent the brand, explain bike features and specifications, and help customers make confident purchasing decisions through your knowledge and engagement.Job Loaction- Pune (Kharadi)Key Responsibilities
    • Visit customers locations to conduct scheduled bike test rides
    • Demonstrate and explain key features, performance, and specifications of the motorcycle
    • Ensure all safety protocols are followed during test rides
    • Maintain the bikes condition and readiness for daily test drives
    • Address customer queries with professionalism and product expertise
    • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the sales team
    • Support sales closure by creating a positive brand experience
    Required Skills
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong knowledge and passion for motorcycles
    • Ability to explain technical details in simple terms
    • Customer service orientation
    • Basic understanding of sales and field operations
    • Valid two-wheeler driving licence (mandatory)
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in automobile field sales, test ride coordination, or customer demonstration roles
    • Familiarity with motorcycle brands and models
    • Physically fit and comfortable with frequent travel
