Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Performance Tester with 7-10 years of experience, you will be responsible for identifying performance test environment requirements and setting up the environment for effective SLA measurements. You will work closely with project stakeholders to define and document performance SLAs, requirements, and expectations. Additionally, you will develop data-driven test scripts, execute performance and load testing of applications, and analyze and report performance testing results to stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with infrastructure, network operations, and release teams to setup performance test environment- Define performance SLAs, requirements, and expectations with project stakeholders- Develop data-driven test scripts and execute performance and load testing- Review performance test scripts created by peers to ensure compliance with standards- Collaborate with test automation team to leverage reusability of existing scripts- Monitor resource consumption, latency, error rates in real-time- Diagnose performance issues such as database locks, memory leaks, and inefficient code paths- Create detailed performance testing reports and present findings to stakeholdersQualifications:- Minimum 7 years of performance testing experience- Knowledge of Mobile App testing for both Hybrid and Native Apps- Basic knowledge of Six Sigma Methodology and statistics- Experience in test automation and creating automated test suites- Proficiency in analyzing the performance of mobile apps- Ability to troubleshoot performance-related technical issues and strategize performance tests for large or distributed programsNote: Beware of scams.
