Job Description

    Job DescriptionThe PMO & Project Management (PM) Specialist will manage complex projects and programs that align with client expectations and business needs. This role involves creating comprehensive project plans, coordinating project operations, maintaining stakeholder communication, and handling conflicts. The PMO and PM Specialist will monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. They will also establish clear stakeholder expectations, develop reporting procedures, and conduct regular project evaluations. Ideal Candidate: Must have 7-12 years of experience in Telecommunications. Should be ready to travel onshore as it requires 70-80% travelling. Responsibilities: Coordinate complex projects and programs, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business needs. Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation. Maintain excellent communication with stakeholders, addressing difficulties or conflicts. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Establish and maintain reporting procedures, conduct evaluations, and issue status reports. Manage project financials, track spends, build forecasts, and assist senior management with financial activities, meeting setups, action item tracking, and preparation of meeting decks. Oversee the design, procurement, deployment, testing, integration, and handover of RAN, transport, core systems, OSS/BSS, MCPTX, and security components. Provide managed services for the operation of the entire network. Primary SkillsRespond effectively to diverse perspectives, needs, and feelings of others. Utilize a broad range of tools and techniques to generate new ideas and solve complex problems. Break down complex concepts and align projects with business strategy. Develop a deep understanding of the evolving business context. Interpret data to generate insights and recommendations. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, provide feedback, escalate issues, and identify risks. Must have exposure to the following modules - Network Access: Provide hardware, software, and licenses for outdoor and indoor RAN, and manage end-to-end activities from low level design to hand over to operations. Infrastructure: Supply hardware, software, and licenses for RAN passive components, including civil work at tower sites. Data Transport: Deliver hardware, software, and licenses for data transmission between RAN and core network, coordinating with existing networks and third-party providers. Core Network: Provide hardware, software, and licenses for the core network, including geo-redundant and cloud-native systems, and manage end-to-end activities. Support Systems: Supply hardware, software, and licenses for Operations Support System and Business Support System, managing end-to-end activities. Critical Communication: Provide hardware, software, and licenses for the Mission-critical Push-to-Everything platform, managing end-to-end activities for public safety and emergency services. Security Systems: Deliver hardware, software, and licenses for network security systems, managing end-to-end activities for PKI, PAM, Secure DNS, SIEM, NAC, WAF, and more. Managed Services: managed services for network operations and security operations, including establishing a NOC and SOC, supporting front and back-office operations,
