Job Description

Job Title: Senior Software Engineer (Power Automate)Location:PAN IndiaExperience: 3-5 yearsAbout the Role:We are seeking a seasoned Senior Software Engineer with an expertise in Power Automate to join our rapidly expanding team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in contributing to our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives, using Microsofts Power Platform, and will have the opportunity to influence the strategic direction of our automation efforts.Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of RPA process development using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps, from gathering requirements to bot development, deployment, and operational support.
1. Independently engage with Business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather requirements, assess automation opportunities, conduct technical feasibility studies, and propose solutions leveraging RPA and other applicable technologies.
1. Design and implement comprehensive exception handling mechanisms for bots from both a technical and operational perspective.
1. Comply with design and coding standards, policies, and procedures to ensure quality and consistency.
1. Develop and configure automation processes as per the technical design document and defined requirements.
1. Identify internal and external process dependencies and highlight potential issues to management.
1. Develop automated processes using Meta BOTs, OCR, and reusable components.
1. Create and test unit Test Cases and support SMEs during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Required Skills and Experience:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform.
1. Proven experience in automation engineering, specifically with Power Automate and Power Apps.
1. Strong knowledge of Meta BOTs, OCR, and creating reusable components.
1. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with team members, management, and clients.
1. Demonstrated ability to comply with design and coding standards, policies, and procedures.
1. Experience in creating and executing unit Test Cases and supporting SMEs during UAT.
1. Proven track record of identifying process dependencies and effectively communicating potential issues to management.
1. Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, agile environment.
