Job Description

    Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive (Real Estate)Location: [Apte Road/ Law College road]Position Type: Full-timeJob Overview:We are seeking a motivated Pre-Sales Executive to support our real estate sales team. You will assist in lead generation, product presentations, proposals, and market research to drive sales.Key Responsibilities:
    • Generate and qualify leads.
    • Conduct client presentations and demonstrations.
    • Prepare customized proposals and quotations.
    • Perform market research and analysis.
    • Support the sales team in closing deals.
    • Manage CRM and maintain client records.
    Skills & Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree (Business, Marketing, Real Estate or any relevant field).
    • 1-3 years in pre-sales or sales (real estate experience preferred).
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Proficient with CRM and MS Office.
    • Knowledge of real estate trends is a plus.
