Job Description

    As a Principal FullStack Developer (MERN) at our company, you will be responsible for leading full-stack development projects utilizing the MERN stack. You will have the opportunity to work on high-quality web applications and play a crucial role in delivering scalable solutions for our clients while mentoring junior developers. Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.- Develop and maintain both frontend and backend components of web applications.- Design and manage databases to ensure data integrity and performance.- Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability.- Maintain high standards of code quality through code reviews and best practices.- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support.- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.- Identify and resolve issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies for continuous improvement of our offerings.Qualifications Required:- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Experience: 4 years of experience in full-stack development with a strong portfolio using the MERN stack.
