Job Description

    As a Principal Technologist for Salesforce at Medtronic, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. Your technical leadership and direction to the development team will be essential in ensuring high standards of quality and performance across the Salesforce platform. By collaborating with stakeholders, you will design scalable and efficient solutions that address complex business needs across the APAC region. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:- Leading the design of scalable and secure Salesforce architecture that aligns with global standards and best practices- Collaborating with global and regional Salesforce Solution Architects, BRMs, and IT Product Owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions- Integrating Salesforce with SAP and other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability- Guiding the use of DTL tools/platforms for efficient data transformation within Salesforce projects- Creating and maintaining technical design documents, architecture diagrams, and process maps- Identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies for successful project delivery- Mentoring project teams and providing technical leadership throughout the Salesforce solution lifecycle- Communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate alignment and understanding- Staying updated with the latest Salesforce features and industry best practices for continuous process improvement and innovationAs a candidate for this role, you are required to have:- A degree with 9 to 12 years of experience (minimum 7 years relevant Salesforce experience)- Experience in sales clouds, service cloud, and preferred experience in Marketing cloud- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II or other relevant Salesforce certificationsThe above responsibilities are not exhaustive, and the role may involve additional duties as assigned.
