Job Description

    We are looking for a skilledTrainerto join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in the insurance industry with at least 2 years of experience in training roles. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training programs, ensuring high performance standards, and fostering a learning culture within the team.Responsibilities:
    • Design and deliver training programs for insurance products, processes, and compliance.
    • Assess training needs and customize programs to suit team members development.
    • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and adjust methods as needed.
    • Provide coaching and support to employees to enhance their skills and performance.
    • Maintain and update training materials to keep content relevant and aligned with industry standards.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree (preferred).
    • Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training tools.
    Shifts:
    • Male:8 AM - 10 PM (Any 9-hour shift)
    • Female:8 AM - 8 PM (Any 9-hour shift)
