    Job TitleProcurement Project Manager DXRJob DescriptionPosition Summary:Project Procurement Manager represents Procurement in the Business, has in-depth understanding of the business strategy, product portfolio, and is responsible for driving the buy-in, approval, and funding of projects to improve BoM productivity, quality, or operational elementsDuties and Responsibilities: Develop and drive procurement strategies in the Business in line with Commodity and Business Procurement strategies Drives productivity through participation in kaizen events and deployment of own process improvement ideas Capture supplier innovation in product and business creation to optimize propositions and achieve the best value for Philips and its customers Create business cases for productivity improvements, ensure full cross-functional buy in and embracement Ensures that the Procurement related risks (cost, quality, availability) are controlled and mitigated Support price negotiations. with opportunities to drive short- and long-term cost reduction improvement Support the Product Sourcing Engineers on the deployment of early supplier involvement and target costing and tracking for assigned product Provides input regarding business requirements - Accountable for the phase in/out ramp up/down process and related supplier communication A procurement professional providing AOP BOM savings through cost down projects Responsible for interfacing with all other functional disciplines and representing the procurement function within the BU.Education/Skills and Experience Requirements:Minimum: Bachelors degree preferably in Industrial Engineering Procurement Management or Supply Chain related Professional with 12 years proven track Experience with product cost management. Analytical and strategic thinking Strong project management skills Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills, across functions and organizational layers Fluent EnglishPreferred: Technical Engineering background Knowing and understanding broad business perspective. Ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional relationships Demonstrate ability in working in a complex/global environment,
