Job Description

With a legacy of innovation and craftsmanship, Kohler is recognized worldwide as a great place to work and grow.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Product Data Management Executive to support the Kitchen & Bath America PIM Ops team. You will be responsible for maintaining product data accuracy, enriching content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product information across platforms.Key Responsibilities
    • Product Data Management: Create, update, and manage product listings (descriptions, pricing, assets) in PIM systems and e-commerce platforms.
    • Data Quality: Audit and standardize product data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and SEO compliance.
    • Content Optimization: Enrich product content with high-quality descriptions, images, and metadata.
    • Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, sales, and IT teams for data updates and troubleshooting.
    • Reporting: Track product data performance and generate quality reports.
    • Process Improvement: Suggest enhancements for data workflows and governance.
    Requirements
    • 3 years of experience in product data/content management (e-commerce or retail preferred).
    • Hands-on experience with PIM tools (e.g., Akeneo, Salsify, Riversand, Inriver) and platforms like Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
    • Strong skills in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables), ticketing tools (JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet), and basic SQL.
    • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.
    • Understanding of SEO, DAM systems, and data governance.
