Job Description

    Job Title: Product Designer (13 Years Experience)Location: Pune/ RemoteJob Type: Full-timeIndustry: Information technologyJob Summary:We are looking for a creative and user-focused Product Designer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our design team. You will be responsible for designing simple and engaging user experiences across digital platforms. Your role will involve understanding the requirements from stake holders. Creating user journey maps, conducting user research, creating low and high fidelity prototype, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall experience of the product.Key Responsibilities: Work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment that relies heavily on collaboration and rapid iterations of feedback and design. Lead design ideation and design review sessions with peers and stakeholders to collect feedback for future iterations of the product. Conduct user research, analyze user needs, and translate findings into design solutions. Create user journey maps, task flows, low fidelity mock-ups and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders, users, etc. to develop higher fidelity prototypes. Deliver detailed mock-ups to effectively communicate interaction and design concepts. Ensure consistency in design elements and adherence to brand guidelines. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging UX technologies.Requirements: 1 to 3 years of experience in product design, interaction design Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Understanding of user research methods, usability principles, and product design best practices.
