Job Description

    Job Title: Production AssistantLocation: Lonavala, MaharashtraJob Summary:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support the manufacturing operations of herbal and Ayurvedic products. The ideal candidate will assist in production planning, raw material handling, machine operations, and quality checks while adhering to safety and hygiene standards.Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist in the production of herbal and Ayurvedic products, including powders, juices, and syrups, by operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment.
    • Ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation of raw materials and finished goods.
    • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment under the supervision of senior staff.
    • Conduct preliminary quality checks to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards.
    • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area in compliance with GMP guidelines.
    • Support inventory management, including stock tracking and replenishment of materials.
    • Collaborate with the production team to achieve daily and monthly production targets.
    • Follow safety protocols and report any issues to the supervisor promptly.
    Qualifications:
    • Minimum qualification: B.Sc./B.Pharma
    • 1 year of experience Or Freshers also apply.
    • Basic knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is preferred.
    • Ability to operate and maintain production machinery.
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
    Skills:
    • Good communication and teamwork skills.
    • Basic computer knowledge for record-keeping.
    • Physical stamina to handle production tasks and stand for extended periods.
