    Job Title: Production Engineer - SPM MachinesLocation: Wagholi, PuneExperience: 2 - 3 Years in relevant industryQualification: B.E. in Mechanical EngineeringJob DescriptionWe are looking for a Production Engineer with hands-on expertise in Special Purpose Machines (SPM) to join our dynamic team at Wagholi, Pune. The ideal candidate should have experience in operating and maintaining SPM machines, production planning, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.Key Responsibilities
    • Operate and maintain Special Purpose Machines (SPM) for production activities.
    • Plan, monitor, and execute production schedules to meet targets.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve machine breakdowns to ensure uninterrupted operations.
    • Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
    • Conduct and oversee preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
    • Ensure compliance with quality control measures and safety guidelines.
    Skills Required
    • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SPM machines.
    • Expertise in mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
    • Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD / SolidWorks) will be an added advantage.
    • Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
