The ability to travel for work. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong understanding of translation and interpretation processes. Familiarity with translation tools/software is a plus.Job Responsibilities Translate written and verbal content between Vietnamese, Mandarin, and English. Coordinate translation, interpretation, and localization projects. Coordinate translation projects and manage timelines effectively. Ensure cultural sensitivity and accuracy in translation. Maintain detailed records of all projects and client interactions. Ensure all deliverables meet client specifications and quality standards. Identify any issues or discrepancies that arise during projects. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery. Prepare and present MIS reports to management. Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed. Assist in any language-related needs across the company
