Job Description

    Job Title: Project Manager - 3 to 5 Years ExperienceLocation: Pune Job Type: Full-time Salary Range: 8,00,000 - 10,00,000 per annum We are looking for a Project Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience in managing external projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, as well as managing resources and coordinating with clients and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
    • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
    • Develop detailed project plans and schedules.
    • Allocate resources and manage project teams.
    • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
    • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and gather requirements.
    • Identify and mitigate risks and issues.
    • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
    • Conduct project reviews and prepare comprehensive reports.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 3 to 5 years of experience in project management.
    • Proven ability to manage external projects and client relationships.
    • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
    • Masters degree in a related field.
    • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
    • Familiarity with industry-specific standards and regulations.
