About The Role~ The Tech CoEs are a set of horizontals for Capital Markets helping us bring revenue and savings in our businesses by focusing on emerging and niche technologies. The CoEs include AI/ML, Automation, UI/UX, Performance and Documentation. amongst others This role is for a Project Manager to lead the key programs and projects in the Tech CoEs, and may be mainly be related to Gen AI and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Role Specification~ 15 years of overall experience 2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML and/or RPA projects Understanding of GenAI technologies, including ML/NLP, and computer vision Proficiency in applying Agile frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to manage and deliver technical projects Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello etc. for efficient planning and tracking Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders Key Responsibilities~ Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of and projects within an Agile framework Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives Utilize Agile methodologies to drive project timelines, conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives for efficient project execution Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing effective mitigation strategies to overcome challenges Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging innovation, and ensuring continuous improvement in project delivery processes Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and alignment with organizational goals Work closely with business stakeholders to understand project requirements, providing technical insights, and ensuring successful project outcomes Benefits Multifaceted job with a high degree of responsibility Broad range of professional education and personal development possibilities FIS is your final career step!
