Job Description

    1) Tenant Management - Screen tenants, lease agreements and address tenant concerns or complaints.2) Property maintenance - Coordinate , repairs, conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Coordinate maintenance & repair work with contractors & vendors.3) Rent collection and financial management - Ensure timely rent collection and manage property4) Marketing & Leasing - Advertise vacant premises, conduct showings and secure leases.5) Compliance & Legal - Ensure properties meet legal standards and manage any eviction processes if needed.6) Reporting & Documentation - Maintain accurate records of property operations, expenses and tenant details.7) Oversee lease agreements, renewals and terminations.8) Ensure timely communication with tenants about policies, updates and event.
